Order Changes and Cancellations:
– Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 9316274731.

Return Window:
– You have 3 days from the time of delivery to initiate a return.

Unboxing Video Requirement:
– In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us assess the situation accurately and expedite the resolution process.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
– For damaged or incorrect products, only replacement will allow.
– Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Process for Returns or Exchanges:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to us via Email at toyscastleindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9316274731 within the 3 days return window.
2. Provide Details: Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and attach the unboxing video.
3. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and the provided evidence.
4. Approval: Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
5. Return Shipment: A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 Business days. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage.
6. Replacement: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the replacement process.

Deduction Policy:
– To return the product, the reason must be genuine. A deduction of Rs. 100 will be applied from the paid amount.
– Refund will be issue within 5-7 working days.

Note:
– Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without the required unboxing video.
– We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product is not in its original condition or if the 24-hour window has elapsed.
– Refunds are not available for returns or exchanges. Only replacements will be provided for damaged or incorrect products.
